Petroleum Engineer with 2 years mechanical engineering work experience

I am seeking a challenging role in the upstream oil and gas industry which offers a diverse job responsibility in Petroleum engineering hence giving me an opportunity to efficiently utilize my technical knowledge, skills and leadership abilities.

Part of the technical team that would develop, modify and continuously improve stationary and truck mounted concrete pumps.
Role and Responsibilities:
•Designed and analysed various components of the concrete pumps using 3D modelling software enabled me to come up with new ideas and innovative design.
•Implemented modular design among various products in order to standardize and reduce inventory.
•Investigated, qualified and worked with Production, Planning and Quality to implement new products, improve performance, reduce cost and bring new capabilities.
•Coordinated with vendors from various sectors of the industry for development of parts and for the process of localization, requiring me to liaise with colleagues and suppliers.
•Designed and Developed Jigs and Fixtures to streamline production and reduce lead-time.
•Exposure to Lean Manufacturing techniques and its implementation.
•Provided Technical support during serial production.
•Compiled and technically illustrated machine operation, spares and safety instructions handbook.
