More than 9 Years extensive experience in EPC, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Piping, Pipeline, Tank, Structural, Fabrication, and working under major clients like Dolphin, Saudi Aramco, Ras Gas, Chevron Phillips.

• Assessing QA/QC Plans & Procedures, full traceability of materials & consumables, as well as full dimensional surveys

• Assuring that the quality requirements and inspections are performed in accordance with the approved company Project’s Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Project Specification & Method Statement (MS).

• Handling NDT & Destructive Testing, Hydro-Testing, vendor third party, control of multi-disciplined / national workforces including supervising other Inspectors, NDT personnel and worspecifications.
• Witnessing PWHT, PMI, FN & HT activities and reviewing reports.
• Preparation of PWPS, Conducting Procedure Qualification Testing (PQT), Organizing NDT & Destructive Tests as per international codes, clients project specification
• Witnessing for all Welding and Mechanical inspection of Tank for API 620 Double Wall refrigerator low pressure liquid hydrocarbon Tanks and API 650 Storage Tank and high thickness Spherical Tank. Follow the related code requirement and client requirement,
• Good knowledge in handling materials in SRT Heater like Carbon Steel, 1Ό Cr Steel (P11), 2Ό Cr Steel (P22), 5 Cr Steel (P5), 9 Cr Steel (P91), SS316L, SS304H, SS347H & Heat resistant alloys – 20Cr 32Ni (Alloy 800), 25Cr 35Ni (HP40Nb), 35Cr 45Ni (Super alloy)

• Preparation & Reviewing of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) with relevant qualified PQR & Maintaining WPS records.



• Witness of Destructive tests like Tensile, Bend, Impact, Hardness, Macro test in order to achieve Welding Procedure Qualification (WPQ) require Preparation of welder qualification certificates for welders.
• Contact the Welder Qualification as per API 1104 ( Uphill and Downhill & Polarity)
• Witnessing and accepting for C2OD test and APL5L materialDemagnetize.
• Preparation of proposed Repair WPS, carrying out PQR, NDT, Destructive tests as per codes and Preparation, Reviewing of WPS.
• Interpretation of Radiographic films. Repair assessment & Failure analysis preparation.
• Witness of Welding & NDT activities for Hot Tapping operation in process gas pipeline as per approved WPS with relevant PQR.

Attending Customer Compliant / NCR and providing the solutions to them.
• Identifying, Issuing, Expediting & Closing of Non-Conformation Reports when observed during inspection
