TO achieve excellence supply chain management function in oil & gas industry covering automation, SCADA, E&I,EPC project procurement

• Managing procurement related activities for entire Oil & Gas Business Unit.
• Responsible for overall project deliverables from mid-size DCS / ESD/F&G to large turnkey EPC contracts.
• Resource planning, providing timelines for completion of tasks and review actions against each milestone and key tasks to complete within tolerance limit.
• Working with points of escalation in a timely manner to resolve issues.
• Involved in development, evaluation and sustainability of vendors for the product & system procurement covering DCS, ESD, F&G systems, instrumentation, telecom, electrical and civil packages.
• Forming the project specific terms & conditions based on contract with customer and project needs.
• Procurement of DCS/ ESD / F&G systems: Procurement of complete systems with various components like barriers, relays, power supplies, networking components, system panels, consoles etc.
• Procurement of field Instruments: Procurement field instruments like transmitters (TT, PT, DPT, LT etc.), actuators, on off valves, safety valves, control valves, orifice fittings, temp. Elements etc.
• Procurement of Telecom packages: CCTV, Access Control Systems, VSAT & Radio etc.
• Procurement of Electrical systems: HV, MV and LV panels, transformers, bus ducts, and distribution boards etc.
• Tools, procedures & reports: E-Smart, SFDB, Flop 10, Supplier risk Management, SOX compliance ensuring smooth execution of projects by way of efficient handling of vendors, new vendor development and risk basement. Proficiency in Typical SCM related reporting, handling of vendor payables and maintains friendly business relation with vendors.
• Highlight any deviations from the agreed scope, milestones, procedures and resource involvement to appropriate parties to ensure smooth execution and timely action in delivering projects.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, namely, Data teams, Service. Asset Management.

3. Single point contact for ‘Oil & Gas business’ for all procurement activities.
