“Operations Accountant Manager, Drexel Company for Oil Sector services- Cairo”

Tasks:
• Manage the global consolidation for all reporting requirements to stakeholders for statutory purposes

• Ensure sound accounting policies and practices that are developed and applied consistently across the business

• Manage and develop accounting and reporting systems

• Ensure an effective control and governance environment that is created and embedded within the financial reporting function in line with the Company’s policy and procedures

• Create and maintain effective relations between the finance team and relevant stakeholders, Group Reporting, Group Tax Services, Auditors, etc

• Coordinate the bi-annual and monthly corporate reporting cycle

• Coordinate successful year end close and half year end financial processes including the review of the statutory reporting consolidation packs for various ventures

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and quality control of all Financial governance, Financial Board information and documents to be presented at the relevant meetings

• Represent business at various venture Board meetings

• Ensure the timely completion and submission of all applicable regulatory and statutory returns

• Providing support and analysis

• Identification and quantification of risks and business drivers as input into the business plans and strategy formulation

Bachelor of Commerce,
“Ain Shams University”, obtained in 1992 with grade “Very Good”

Languages: Fluent in English
