Professional Experience
Professional Review:-
Instrument calibration, installation, testing and commissioning of oil & gas compressor and petro-chemical plants.
Work involved Instrument calibration for transmitter, DP transmitter, pressure switches, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, level transmitter, functional checking of control valves.
Having good experience in vibration monitoring system (Bently Nevada 3500) ,Bearing temperature, radial vibration, axial motion and speed sensor.
Key Work Experience:
More than 9 years industrial experience in instrument engineering expansion projects and includes sectors such as petrochemicals processing, power plants and oil & gas production fields. Positioned as instrument technician with work function of installation and maintenance in many countries including in Oman (many PDO project).During the total service, have the exposure in facility expansion projects installation, testing and commissioning of equipment. And maintenance includes routine maintenance, trouble shooting, servicing and rectifying faults, Calibration, loop checking, repair and modification of all process instruments.
Conversant with design and engineering drawings, PDO standards and practices, operation & maintenance manuals etc.,
