Duties
Handling import & Cross Trade shipments of K Line , STX Panocean & WEC Line Providing support to the Sales Team with rate filings, coordination with origin & destination offices for bookings
Managing relationship with existing customers & exploring more business opportunities in china & gulf regions.
Attending to telephone calls, convert productive enquiries to business
Ensuring that timely quotations are being sent to customer through proper coordination with origin/destination/pricing offices.
Provide management of space forecasting and allocation,weekly sales report
Coordinating with origin offices to get quotes,space,routings,timely connecting vessel’s from transhipment points.
Handling customer inquiries for import & cross trade shipments. (arrival inquiries, global cargo tracking, free time applications, amendments, waiver requests, rate disputes, arranging re export shipments, preparing invoices for import & cross trade shipments.)
Involvement in annual contract negotiations, working closely with Trade Managers & all involved staffs.

Update management on market trends, movement & dynamic
Following up with customers for long stay laden general cargo, IMCO & reefer & long stay empty containers.
Handing switch B/L’s
Arranging connecting vessel’s for transhipment containers.
Work with all involved to actively participate in problem solving and solution finding for general sales & operational matters specific to the trade lane.
Handling export jobs (such as send rate quotations, booking acceptance, loadlist submission, BL instruction submission, close co-ordination with shippers/forwarders, etc), especially at times when the concern person is not available.
Eductation
Successfully completed a Diploma in Computer science, Conducted by the National Youth Service Council, Information Technology Division, and Divisional federation of youth clubs.
