As a B. Sc .in engineering, I would like to work in a firm which could provide me an opportunity to develop already acquired skills and learning the new ones

In 10 years of my work experience in production of communal equipment I have been working on the following posts:
construction engineer ( 5 years ) – I had worked on new products' construction process and on making technical documentation (drawings, catalogues of spare parts etc. )
assembly engineer
Head surface protection - My current post that comprises of: regulation of colouring technology, testing and controlling of prescribed product assembly and of choosing and purchasing of colouring equipment. I also have work experience in chambers for blasting ( manual and automatized ), in making instruction manuals for the chambers and in prescribing the plans for of the chambers. I work on the construction of machines for blasting of specific positions, I run the automatized blasting machine and purchase the spare parts for overhaul . I also construct the needed spare parts, I control already blasting parts and prescribe the colouring priorities.
I am a manager of four spraying booths and of two blasting chambers.
I work on the complete surface protection process according to the ISO norm
I have also work experience and technical skills in:
Knowledge of corrosion management systems, knowledge of materials and coating selection, knowledge of CP design and troubleshooting, understanding of NDT monitoring and testing methods
advanced use of CAD , SOLID EDGE, SOLID WORKS. AUTO CAD programmes
drivers licence in B- category (class 5 Driver's License)
advanced use of MS OFFICE (Excell, Word, Outlook…) programme
