DETAIL OF THE JOBS DESCRIPTION:

In project planning & management department, engaged in

 Planning & preparing implementation schedule based on discussion with client & contractor.
 Preparing project network schedule based on different softwares like Primavera & Microsoft Project . Job also involved interaction with client & contractor's engineers & generating different reports.
 Detailed planning of site activities.
 Monitoring of engineering and supply of equipment.
 Tracking and monitoring the site progress of different contractors of the project.
 Making of Scheme and construction sequence & construction Layout of Project.
 Preparing presentations on weekly & monthly basis for Progress review meeting.
 Updating and analysing the Network schedule in regular basis showing critical path of the project & required action plan.
 Presenting the various reports & present status of the project to client & higher management.
 Making exception report like critical activities and one month look ahead report and Monthly progress report using S-curve.
 Preparation of Project Completion Report.
