Working on all lost/profit reports which analysis the production value .
communication with our head office for all new projections for the production .
preparing some reports for accounts dep inorder to help them to convert the production to money .
doing all kind of booking in company hotels, tickets an so on .
senior for team contains of 3 assistant so that they can give me daily reports about the production status .
Taking care of all 3000 workers problem and doing my best efforts to solve it with the top management .
Follow up the new recruitment to get all places filled .
Getting all instructions from the top management and make sure to be followed from the particular sections in the company .
