I am young energetic 'Industrial Engineer' working in a manufacturing firm as Industrial Engineer since last 2-years . I have good skills in Method & Time Study, Lean Manufacturing, Process Planning, Layouts & Assembly Line Balancing and Continuous Improvement, I am confident that I would be a great addition to your team.

I have expertise in Implementation of Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing firm. During my time at Crescent Bahuman Ltd. Pakistan, I was able to Increase Line Efficiency through Assembly Line balancing, reducing cost by introducing economical methods that take less time as compared to previous method & finally reduces the overall time to manufacture a product.

I would also like to mention that at one stage there were single Assembly Lines in which all operations (prep-work Operations & assembly Operations) were carrying out which was effecting the overall efficiency of lines, to solve this problem our IE Team introduced the concept of prep-work Sections (Making separate sections for prep-work). According to this technique the prep-work is carried-out in their separate sections & after the prep-work is completed in their separate sections, the product is then forward to Assembly Lines for Assembly Operations (this practice increased our Line efficiency by round about 13%).
