NDT welding inspection, co- ordination of maintenance work of Vessels ,columns heat exchanger.
Post cleaning inspection of Heat exchanger and filters, Fin fan coolers.
Preparing and documentation of inspection reports.
Signing of ITP at various stages of Fabrication.
Coordination with Consultant & Quality Engineers regarding Works and inspection.
Supervise the Work as per Drawings and standards .
Supervision for Cleaning of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Fin Fan Coolers, Pressure Vessels.
Effectively Coordinated Maintenance and Documentation processes.
Successfully Managed Schedule and there by Controlling overtime to reducing company cost.
Reviewing RT report, Performing Visual test, pent rent test and Magnetic particle test on welded joints.
Pre-welding and weld joint fit-up examination.
Co-ordination with client inspectors to clear witness and hold points as per QCP.
Maintain QC documentations for handover.
