• Visit the site with technicians and collect necessary information and interact with consumer to understand the problem and his requirement.
• Liaise with the principals to obtain the necessary skills to do the planning and appropriate selection of material.
• Prepare the Plan and execution drawing to customize the solution with pricing.
• Provide feedback to the principal on the technical and commercial stand of the plan and obtain the approval from Manager.
• Coordinate with contractor to execute the Plan .
• Prepare Provisional Acceptance Certificate for the contractor after the successful completion of plan.

Technical Responsibilities as a Planning & Execution Engineer:

• • Visit the site location with technician based on the report provided by him.
• • Interact with consumer to understand the problem and his requirement.
• • Prepare the plan using IBM Mainframe software specially designed for SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY.
• • Prepare the execution drawing .
• • Discuss the plan with manager to customize the solution with pricing.
• • Coordinate with contractor and arrange material’s from store to execute the Plan .
• • Review the executed plan with contractor and technician
• . Prepare Provisional Acceptance Certificate for the contractor and forward it to manager for approval.
