B.Tech Petroleum Engineer currently working in HPCL

 Two months of work experience as a trainee in the Process Department of Saipem Triune Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

 Nine months of work experience in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited on deputation from Indian School of Petroleum (A unit of M-POWER ENERGY INDIA LTD.) as a FIELD Officer- Operation & Maintenance of Mundra -Delhi Pipeline (MDPL - HPCL) pumping & dispatch station.

 Presently working in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited –VVSPL (Visakha – Vijayawada- Secunderabad Pipeline Pumping Station & Terminal) at Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh).  To ensure safe operations of the VVSPL (Multi product pipeline) by closely monitoring and setting the operating parameters through control room facilities.
 Well acquaintance with pipeline operations using Rockwell PLC and SCADA, setting of operating parameters for Booster Centrifugal Pumps, Main Line Centrifugal Pumps, Heart Cut Flow Control Valves and Pressure Controls Valves.
 As an operation and maintenance officer looking after all the activities like Receipt from Pipe line, Tank to Tank Transfer, Tank Gauging, carrying out all the sampling for quality check etc.
 Carrying out Periodic Maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps.
 Periodic Calibrations of Temperature Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, RTD’s
 Working on product batch/cycle planning & reconciliation and Products interface tracking.
 Daily operating report generation & documentation for ISO 14001 & 9001 certification.
 Handling activities like Pipeline line Transfer (PLT) to Indian Oil Terminal, Joint Gauging with IOCL, Receipt /Transfer in Tanks.
Preparing Daily Stock Reports of Product Tanks Receipt, Transfer, Ullage, Capacity etc.

I have completed my B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering with Downstream Specialization (Refinery Operations /Chemical & Petrochemical processes), and I have been working in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited as Operations Officer – Pipelines Division from past 1 Year
