Safety Officer - 2 years
• Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations and industrial processes
• Inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance
• Ensures the safety of the crew and employees
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager
• Act as team leader during the absence of the Operations Manager
• Generates monthly report and review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspection, or environmental testing


Administrative - 7 years

• Act as Embassy’s front liner, the day to day running of reception including greeting and managing log-in procedures for Embassy
• Attends phone calls, concludes the nature of calls, assists callers to the proper person and advising all Embassy inquiries
• Accepts, entertains and performs initial interview with VISA applicants.
• Verify the completeness and authenticity of VISA requirements submitted by the applicants
• Prepares VISA and passports
• Act as Consular Assistant
• Responsible for typing reports, memos, other correspondence and prepares commercial letters
• Organize press clippings and prepares the diplomatic pouch
• Prepares monthly reports (visa & passport)
• Perform other functions of the Liaison Officer in his absence
• Assists the Ambassador on his daily activities in the absence of his Social Secretary
• Work as part of Embassy security team, ensuring access control system for staff and visitors works well and maintain other security procedures
