Look after Technical Recruitment (Overseas) in the fields: Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Chemical & Agricultural etc. Successfully closed positions like GM /Managers / Engineers – Planning & Control, QA QC, Process, Construction, Commissioning, Quantity Surveyor, Welding Inspectors, ICAPS (Integrate Commissioning and Progress System) Operators, Production, Estimators, Detailers, QMS Consultant, NDT II & III, MBBS Doctors etc. for our Clients in Countries: K.S.A., Qatar, United Kingdom of Bahrain, Singapore and U.A.E. etc.
2. As a Business Development Manager:
Identify new clients and generate new business through business development activities. Identifying and evaluating clients’ needs and negotiating terms of Business and ensure that the manpower requirements are fulfilled within the time limit. Map the clients’ requirement by interacting with their HR & Operations Managers/ project teams; understand their requirements and co-ordinate using networked database and headhunting. Maintain excellent relations with managers and collect feedback from them of the services we render to them and about the candidates after selection.
