Cost estimation of equipment, bulk materials and tenders involved in execution of the project.
•Preparation of Cost Status Reports (Monthly), Project Cost Outlook (Quarterly), Cost Variance analysis report with respect to approved budget,
•Preparation of cash flow schedules for planned, actual and forecast curves. Preparing monthly commitment status and balance to go report for onward reporting to finance department and to client.
•Reviewing billing schedules and extra claims.
• Evaluate and inform the Project Manager about the impact caused by the Scope Changes and the Design Changes proposed during all the Project phases.
• Preparation of capital expenditure, operating cost, working capital margin, cash flow preparation, Depreciation calculation, Tax calculation, Financial Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis for proposed upcoming new projects.
• Capital cost estimate, NPV Calculation for Licensor Evaluation of new project.
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
• Provide cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Provide cost control advice to the internal PMT team as and when required
