• Participation in HAZOP analysis

• Evaluating P&ID’s and PFD’s

• Good knowledge in Basic process control system and Fire & Gas System (F&G)
• Basic knowledge in Triconex ESD system

Project Experience

Responsible for delivering complete detail engineering and FEED (Front end engineering design) package in instrumentation discipline under the guidelines of international codes and standards for the Offshore Oil & Gas process/well head platforms, petrochemicals and FPSO topside projects
Focal point to the client for instrumentation discipline
Supervising of sub-contractor’s engineering procedures and packages (if any), junior engineer and drafts man
Involved in all Detail Engineering and front end engineering activities
Preparation of departmental standards/specification/drawings/procedures
SIL classification/determination studies
Participating in HAZOP studies as a team member
Co-ordination with various disciplines for resolution of engineering aspects preparation of proposal for various bids-estimation, list of deliverables, engineering man hour estimation etc..
Preparation and finalization of design basis
Checking control valve and primary flow elements sizing
Review and approval of vendor drawings / documents. Checking/preparing of material takeoff (MTO) / Bill of Material for Installation
Checking /preparing of various instrument drawings & documents.
