Process Operations Engineer

i am lloking for a position in which i can can manage the operations of the Process and Engineering related issues like shut down/ start up or rehabilitations and modifications

Gulf Of Suez Petroleum Company, (BP/EGPC) joint venture.(GUPCO)

• Work at GUPCO sine 2008 up to now as offshore/onshore operations engineer
• Started as offshore production shift engineer following the different activities/Systems on the oil and Gas producing platforms and the associated satellites
• The platforms comprises different systems as follow:
• Crude Oil Pumping System • High Pressure Gas compressors
• Separation System • Oil/HP Gas Piping Systems
• Well Control Systems • Metering System
• Drainage Systems • Oil Water Cut Analysis
• Chemical Systems • Pigging Operation
• Glycol system. • Methanol injection system
• Low Pressure Gas System • Fuel System
• Power generation system

• Rehabilitation project (Ramadan Rehab. Project)
Currently work as Operations Support Engineer with Rehab. Team and my roles and responsibilities are:
• Preparing the work safety procedures for hydrocarbon freeing the plant flushing /purging for preparation to handover the piping system to construction for destruction/ modifications scopes.
• Process isolation up to Gupco/BP Standards.
• Supervising/Auditing the mechanical isolation/Hot Bolting operations.
• Preparation for pressure/leak testing for piping systems after mechanical disturbance.
• Pipe work modifications and rerouting as per process facilitating require.
• Assistance in control of work systems.

• B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering
