Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Sending regularly due rentals plus any past dues to NATIONAL SOCIETE GENERALE BANK network branches to be collected from the lessees and credited it same to SOGELEASE accounts.
Check credits occurred in SOGELEASE accounts on daily basis and make sure those due amounts credited to SOGELEASE accounts on good value dates.
Calculate delay interest fees according to the applied rate in the leasing contracts.
At the end of each month, reconciling the entire credited amounts at SOGELEASE bank accounts with the amounts credited at our operating system to make sure that all items are included.
Study of non-performing cases including full financial analysis for clients who have unpaid dues exceed ninety days of lateness.
Assist in finding solution and following up the implementation of the approved settlements in order to maximize the recovery of unpaid dues and reduce provisions.
Selling the leased assets maintained by clients who have past dues over ninety days of lateness.
Prepare weekly report for clients who have unpaid dues and estimated provision for those clients.
Prepare monthly report of the contracts which its credit authorization confirmed and leasing contracts signed by the clients and waiting for enforcement to provide the top management with information about the incoming business opportunities.
Prepare sale contracts for the contracts that ended to transfer the possession of the leased asset to the lessee.
Initiate new leasing contracts according to the client’s credit approval and available unutilized facilities.
