HSE Technician / Remote Site Paramedic

Work Experience
Sweeny Community Hospital, Sweeny Texas (February, 2009 to Present)
911 Paramedic for a hospital based MICU, (Mobile Intensive Care Unit), Emergency Medical Service. Responsibilities included, advanced emergency medical care for designated service area. Emergency transfer of critical patients from hospital to hospital. Community liaison for hospital offering public safety information and instruction in bystander CPR

SMS-Safety Management Solutions, Lafayette, LA (November, 2007 to February 2009)
Employed through SMS, (Safety Management Solutions), Contracted to Apache Oil GOM, (Gulf of Mexico), Ship Shoal Area 6 to provide on-site supervision and expertise in matters pertaining to both HSE and remote site medicine.
HSE duties include, but are not limited to:
Management of daily safety meetings for all permanent and contract personnel
Site inspection of all work areas for purposes of hazard/incident reduction
Generation of hazard specific avoidance documentation and incident/near miss reports
Post accident documentation and collection of urine specimen samples from individuals for analysis
In addition to the above stated job description, I performed the duties of Field Logistics Supervisor of all in and out bound aircraft and marine vessels.
