Responsibility of pre-testing, dismantling, and assembly for the BMR600/50 Personnel Armor Carrier
Responsibilities include Raw Material Inspection, Checking of consumables used in welding to ensure compliance with specification.
Examining physical properties of materials and components to detect corrosion, cracks, flaws and other imperfections leading to unreliability in product performance or in product failure.
Ensure incoming materials meet the Number delivered, Size/Dimension, and Chemical Content for tolerance.
Request Inspection with end clients for welding Activity.
Controlling the welding of joints according to isometric drawings and checking diameter, thickness, drawing number and class in welding progress report.
Inspection and giving clearance for the welding activities.
Daily Fit-Up& production welding joint inspection.
Post welding visual inspection of completed weld joints.
Understanding of techniques such as visual examination, liquid dye penetrate testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing etc
Verification of documents for incoming consumables & materials as per applicable Codes & Specification.
Daily Fit-Up& production welding joint inspection.
Maintaining relevant Documents & Reports as per client requirement

Responsibility of inspection of incoming material from Spain (components of military spare parts)
Machine shop job inspection of finished machined product as per drawings

Work allocation for the machinist, fabrication and assembly as per work schedule.
 Preparing and offering the finished parts for QC and controlling production as per company Quality standard
Bench testing for three type of differential according in our company quality procedure.
Responsibility of driving testing for final inspection of BMR vehicle.
Check the quality of welding like blow holes, porosity, spatter, pitch, undercut, weld puncture concave, convex curve etc according to engineering drawing, visual inspection, process plan and quality plan.
