Professional Experience
Responsible for all aspects of not limited to recruitment, coordination, negotiation and making of offers, maintaining of all Manning target levels, as well as ensuring that the Residence Permit and Labour card are valid & up to date.
Responsible for all aspects related to Recruitment and Administration.

Preparing various HR reports as required.
Computation of Salary / payroll preparation.
Leave salary calculation and Leave travel arrangements.
Computation of End of Service Benefits.
Conducting appraisals & counseling.
Supporting performance management guide and support staff/supervisors & collation of data.
Taking on the role of an Employee relations officer and visiting staff at various staff accommodations and providing feedback for management.
Assuming the role of Manager in his absence.
Instrumental in preparing and publishing of HR policies.
Has additional responsibility of Assistant Management Representative for Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and am responsible for making and implementation procedures for the Group.
