Responsible for the overall administrative support within the team and the company as a whole that includes the following:
• Assist the Director of Procurement in all aspect and the rest of the team and as instructed.
• Assist Procurement buyers / officers in completion of Purchase Orders including coordination from requestors to vendors / suppliers.
• Managed vendor registration.
• Coordinate with departments within TDIC for purchasing needs / requirements.
• Point of contact for payment issues between suppliers and Finance Dept .that also includes payment tracking or priority payment list.
