Position :- As a Supervisor/QA&QC/Chief Machinist
Nature of work :- Works involved manufacturing and rework of all kind of API Spec.7 connection
and 5CT &12F.Spec of vertical storage tanks. Works on Lathe m/c,Mega bore
lathe m/c, Milling machine,Shaping ,Slotting m/c,Vertical boring m/c,Shapping
m/c,Rolling m/c,Hydraulic press,Radial drilling m/c,Crimping m/c,Welding
m/c etc….;and handling responsibilities as (Forman/QA & QC) and actively
involved in documentation & field work required to qualify the company for
API MONOGRAM license for SPEC-7,5CT &12F.

WORK EXPERIENCE IN INDIA

 Worked as Machinist / Technician/on Lathe (Type - LB – 17) for one Year in SMACK Engineering, Bangalore,Karnataka,India. (Jan – 2004. To Feb – 2005). Engaged in fabrication of spacer’s bolts and nuts for automobile, Tools for making Die.



 Worked as Machinist / Technician/QC on Lathe (Type – L&T Engine Lathe.) for One year Six month in Veena Engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka, india. (Feb. – 2005. To July – 2006). Engaged in fabrication of flanges joints and couplings for industrial air-conditioning and spares for automobile & press tools.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Secondary School Leaving Certificate.(Government of Kerala State)
Pre-Degree (From Kerala University)

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Kerala state board of technical education)
Knowledge of Mechanical drawings & AUTO CAD
