Details Assistant of the HSE Manager. I follow waste management, fill in the forms and registers for the environment. I work both on Safety and Environment. I co-operate with HSE engineer on Risk Assessment (noise exposure, chemical risk,….), pre-checking on work places atmosphere (during waste sampling and trench opening) using PID detector. I fill work permits, report about near miss, injury, occurred accident .

Details HSE Deputy Manager. Assistant of the HSE Manager for all that to relate to HSE in civil & construction work in oil & gas building plants. Expatriated Training (Induction – Fall Protection – PTW – Scaffolding), PPE selection , worksite walkthrough with HSE customer (Saipem), daily and weekly audit. I prepare and set weekly HSE presentation, in line to the project requirements, and show it at the weekly HSE management meeting.
I co-operate to prepare the Method Statement and relating JSA. Our HSE staff is composed by 100 workers subdivided for HSE tasks.

Construction HSE Engineer: identify the HSE project requisitions, prepare the Construction Execution Plan (construction sequences, logistics, planning, scheduling, controlling, monitoring and supervision activities), prepare Constructability studies, participate to Subcontracting Plan definition, prepare the Work Requisitions; prepare construction technical evaluations, prepare whole procedures set.
February – March 2012 worksite mission at Bocamina II Plant – Chile. (LOTO and PTW system implementation ). June – July 2012 site mission at Polimeri Europa Versalis revamping project. Current at PDH Tobolsk Project (Russia) inside TCM-SIBUR HSE integrated team as HSE Engineer (pre-commissioning phase beginning).
