• Execute assigned work in accordance with the project execution plan, applicable project procedures and standards and project procedures on Health Safety and Quality Control Environment, within the man hour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets.
• Assist to Construction Manager, monitoring the contractor’s progress. Update the Construction Manager on the happenings a site.
• Preparation of project Schedule in (MSP, Microsoft Excel, Primavera 6.0).
• Follow schedule & Daily activity. Exercise proactive approach in prevention of a problem by interaction with site engineers and management personnel.
• Responsible for analyzing the original status of the project and to find the CPM (critical path method) and WBS (work break down structure).
• Assigned to find the project delayed status and responsible for fixing the breakdowns.
• Preparing Of Mobilization Plan & Organization Chart.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Annual Backlog And Recovery Schedule.
• Preparation of Daily Progress Report, and Analysis with Our Bar Chart.
• Updating & Maintaining of ERP System (Enterprises Resource Planning).
• Conducting of Weekly & Monthly Review Meeting for Explaining about the Mile Stone Activities & gather the actual site condition.
• Provide MIS to management in Weekly basis.
