Responsibilities:

 Project Co-ordination for all Instrumentation & Electrical related scope of work
 Includes review of different Instrumentation related documents like Instrument Index Sheet ,Point database, datasheets and Specifications for various types of instruments , vendor drawings, Bill of Material, Instrument Installation Drawing, Schematics Drawing, Control Room Layout, Control Panel General Arrangement layout, Cable Schedules Cable Tray and cable duct laying scheme, instrument location plans and Fire & gas detector installation plans etc. Other various project activities such monitoring of billing schedule to maintain proper cash flow.
 Involves SAP related activities such as generation of PR (purchase requisition) in SAP system.
 Monitoring of Project Schedule in the form of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports.
 Handling of extra claim related activities such as understanding of scope from tender, issuing letters to Client for extra claim with necessary supporting documents.
 Also involves purchase activities such as floating RFQ’s, preparation of comparison sheets, interacting with vendors, vendor negotiations, and order finalization. Getting the vendor data (data sheets, General arrangements drawings, sizing sheets, QAP’s various vendor data approved from Project Management Consultant). Visiting vendor’s Work’s for expediting the deliveries in order to arrange the material within the stipulated time. Maintaining material status chart on day to day basis. Keeping track of various document approvals involved in a project.
 Involves Quality related work, such as approving the QAP’s review of IRN, TC’s & MTC’s issued by third party inspection agencies also attending FAT for cabinets & verifying hardware as per BOM.
 Co-ordinating with various agencies such as Client, PMC, DEC, Vendor’s, TPIA etc on day to day basis in order to resolve any techno-commercial issues.

 Completed a technical training from Asco Numatics India Pvt Ltd (A 100% Emerson owned company), CHENNAI.
 Post Graduate Diploma in Piping Design Engineering & Construction from Asian Academy of professional training, Pune.
 Completed a certificate course in PLC & SCADA held by PROLIFIC (3 day’s course) at college level.
 Currently pursuing a certification course in PLC ladder logic programming (ZELIO soft) Schneider PLC. Further the course will enhance knowledge in programming of PLC of various manufacturers such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc etc.
