Essar Oil Expansion Project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Equipment Layouts, Piping layouts, Dyke wall calculation for Product intermediate & dispatch Tank Farm as per OISD 118 & API 650 Co-0rdination with the client (Essar Oil Ltd) for the same.
• Nozzle orientation for large storage tanks as per API 650
• Preparation of Isometric’s for Tank Farm Area & VGO HDT Revamp, Gantry.
• Support marking such as guide, anchors, shoes etc for tank farm area. Calculation of load on sleepers, platform etc’s.
• Preparation of Equipment layout and Piping G.A.for Truck Loading Gantry area.
• Commodity Coding & Preparation of MR for different piping commodities.
• Using various Piping Code & Standards like ASME, ASTM, and API, OISD etc.
• MTO calculation of Piping Commodities for various Process unit From P & ID’s.
• Checking and issuing isometric drawings.
• • Proposal & cost Estimation for ISBL units (client IOCL) & Tanfarm Project.
Project:-IOCL Paradip (Orissa Operating capacity15mmpta) Sour Water Stripper unit (SWS).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Allocation Of work for all Team Members
• Tracking Schedule, progress Report as per DCI.
• Detail Engineering includes Exchanger piping, Column piping, pumps piping, in discussion with Designers & Senior Team members.
• Maintaining Timely Deliverables as per project requirement.
• Closing Tags for Model Review comments if any.
• Co-ordination with other disciplines.
• Preparation of inputs required for other disciplines.

Project: - JAPAN GAS CORPORATION (JGC).Demo project-Debutanizer plant.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Detail Engineering of Debutanizer plant as per client input.
• Detail Engineering Includes Column piping, Reboiler piping, Reflux Drum Piping, Pump piping, and Air cooler piping.
• Preparation of Nozzle orientation for Column, Reboiler & Reflux Drum.
• Preparation of Unit Plot Plan, Piping GA, Civil information loading.
• Tracking Isometric& Man-hours utilization.
