As a Production Supervisor, I was Responsible for,
 Effective manpower utilization, control of packing material, losses minimization & efficient production of quality products.
 Continuously monitor, maintain standard process parameters and trouble shooting to get quality products.
 Safety in plant operation & of people conducting the operation.
 Assist the Maintenance team in providing the desired level of engineering services to ensure proper functioning of all plant equipment.
