Procurement of steam generation plant equipment such as Burner, Fan, Pump, Steam Turbine, Soot blower, Chemical packages …; Including issuing Purchase Order Specification, Evaluating of vendor’s technical proposal, After PO communication, Test and Inspection of the equipment before shipment

Process design of steam generation plant; Piping and Instrumentation Diagram, Process/Utility Flow Diagram, Heat and Material Balance, Pipe sizing criteria, equipment sizing criteria …

Preparation of start-up, pre-commissioning ad commissioning procedures of steam generation plant: boiler/HRSG and equipment instruction books, Chemical cleaning, Steam flushing, Safety valve setting …

Taking part in HAZOP and SIL study.
