?Ability to carry out job independently by following Safe Operating Procedure and Safety rules and regulations.
?Have a good exposure in On-line/Off-line calibration of Smart and Fieldbus process control instrument
?Loop checking, Field calibrations, Testing and Trouble Shooting of all types Pneumatic and Electronics instruments.
?Conducting Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup activities.
?Calibration and Service of Control valves with its Accessories.
?Knowledge of DCS, ESD (SIS) and PLC system.
?Good knowledge of Machine Monitoring System and Speed Monitoring System.
?Exposure to shutdown activities of instruments i.e. removal of instruments, replacement, servicing, re-calibration, dismantling, re-assembling and re-installation.
?Knowladge of P&ID, ILD, Schematic and Ladder drawings, Hook-up drawings, Cable schedule, Vendor and Engineering documents.
?Sound Knowledge of instruments installation and modification, Installation of cable trays and support, Panel installation, Tubing work as per drawings.
?Activities like Routine maintenance, PM, Prepare daily reports and handle technician group.
?Knowledge of PTW (Permit to work system) and different types of permits such as hot work permit, Cold work permit, Confined Space Entry permit.
