SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST – Citibank
• Directly reporting to Citibank’s VP / General Manager for CCBC
• Adept in preparation of monthly financial statements for Citi legal vehicles (Citi Center Building Corporation (CCBC), CCBC Holdings, Inc., Citi Square Building Corporation (CSBC))
• Analyze movements of expense accounts on a monthly basis and performs variance analysis
• Provides useful financial information to justify management’s decisions on cost reduction measures and other management initiatives related to cost and expense analysis
• Updates billing rates and interprets cost accounting data
• Timely preparation of billing statements and collection of receivables
• Management and preparation of the Books of Accounts like Cash Receipts Book, Cash Disbursements Book and General Journal of CCBC, CCBCHI and CSBC
• Liaisons with external auditors for providing relevant audit information for Citi’s annual financial statements

BUDGET COORDINATOR – Citibank – CRS (Citi Realty Services)
• Provides financial information to the VP for Asset & Facilities Management, and VP for Project Management to monitor and control operating and capital expenses by comparing Forecast, Budget and Actual expenses
• Allocates space usage and reports chargebacks accurately to different cost centers of each department through Archibus Space Management Module
• Contact person for integration and migration of Citi’s legacy system (CGICS) to the new Archibus Space Management Module
• Resolves proof variances and long-outstanding items
• Closely coordinates and interface with Regional CRS Financial Controller and the Financial Controller of the various Citi businesses/legal vehicles in the Philippines
• Performs additional tasks like proposing and organizing team building activities and other events like Outreach Program, Golf Tournament, etc

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT – CRS Project Management Team (Group3)
• Managed financial closure of projects specifically Citibank Savings Inc. (CSI) Consolidation Project
• Tracked the closing of long outstanding payables for 36 CSI Branches
• Assisted in updating the floor layout of CSI branches and the integration of cost centers to determine occupancy cost
• Performed the duties of Lease Administration for Real Estate Management System (REMS) Philippines

• Received 3 PRIDE awards for working late on many nights and on most weekends in order to submit the requirements of CCBC’s external auditors and ensure the timely completion of the annual external audit of CCBC’s financial statements.
