Essential Responsibility
1. Monitor measure and analyze the operational performance of the Company’s equipment.
2 .Review and participate in the investigation of safety incidents. Assist as necessary in the Implementation of remedial measures.
3. Develop and implement appropriate technical standards within the Company’s management System.
4. Assist in the development of training and competency programmers for the Company’s maintenance personnel. If available there.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations of direct reports tool pusher and Maintenance supernatant.
