● Reassembles equipment, runs operating tests to ensure satisfactory repair

Position : Mechanical technician ccm and rh degassing plant
Responsibilities :
● Function as Mechanical And Failure Analyst for Pumps, Compressor ,Boiler, blower. etc
● repair or service equipment mechanical problem such as : pump. valve, compressor etc.
● Understanding problem solving hydraulic system & pneumatic system.
● Familiar trouble shooting pumps centrifugal & pump displacement positive
● Able to read Hydraulic and Pneumatic diagram ( drawing ), mechanical drawing and normally use various mechanical tool.
● Understand and familiar mounting and dismounting mechanical seal, bearing, valve, etc
September 2011 until Now : Emirates Steel Industries
Position : Mechanical Technician
Responsibility :
* Checking all mechanical equipment in the plant.
* To carry out the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for various mechanical equipment in accordance with established schedules.
* the repair and overhaul of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, gear boxes, screw compressors, blower, heat exchangers, vessels ,v-belt, conveyor feeding system, chain conveyor, mixer, control valves, relief valves, isolation valves, etc.
* Able to repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Apprenticeship trainee major of mechanical industries ( 2 years full time training in mechanical engineering )

 Apprenticeship Maintenance Certificate from PT Krakatau Steel, Cilegon (10th 12.1992 - 10th 12.1994).
 Mechanic class 2 Certificate from Indonesian Labour Department (8th March 2000)
 Advantage of Hydraulic including Pneumatic Training from PT Krakatau Steel, Cilegon (7th April 2008 - 17th April 2008).
 Certification of Competence (Maintenance and Diagnostics) from Indonesian Professionals
Certification Body Metalworks and Machinery. Jakarta (07th July 2010) – Valid for 3 years.
 Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) & Work Intruction (WI) Training from PT PT Krakatau Steel, Cilegon (22th October 2010).
 Health, Safety and Environment ( HSE ) training, Emirates Steel Industries ( 26rd September 2011 )
