CETHAR LIMITED - Engineer in the Department of Manufacturing Service looking Over Quality Control & Assurance, Handling of projects with all Documentation in the field of Fabrication of Pressure parts and Non pressure Components, which includes Boiler Auxiliaries, Ferrous and Non Ferrous, Alloy steel components, Sheet Metal Works and power plant Components.
Quality Inspector in the Fabrication of Pressure Parts and other Steel Components includes Steam Drum, Storage Tanks & other Pressure vessels, Piping, Boiler Auxiliaries for Various Stages from its Raw Material to Final Dispatch stage as Per ASME Sections & Standards.
Welding Techniques are applied for all types of Materials Such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel by the Development of WPS, Weld Matrix, and Weld Map by enabling the job to be free from Weld Defects.
Process Parameters are followed for All Activities involved in the Fabrication of Pressure Vessels and it is being followed by maintaining Process Monitoring Sheet for each Work Content.
Coordinating the Customers and Third Party Agencies for the Concerned Stages of Fabrication as per Customer Quality Plan (CQP) and Quality documents for all projects, thereby the Certification of Conformance (COC) is being ensured.
All Gas cutting Edges, Gouched Areas are being inspected for PT (Penetrant Test) and Full welding areas are subjected to MT (Magnetic Particles Test).
Proper Visual inspections are done for Welding, fillet areas to avoid Stress concentrations, Aesthetic views are being developed in the final stage before dispatching for shipping.
Preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for Various Projects as per Standard Quality plan of the Product in coordinate with Customer and other TPI agency.
Documentation for Pressure Part Components for Entering the Dimensions in all stages are Maintained in the form of History Cards and For Non pressure Parts Dimension Record (DR) book is being followed.
Ensuring Quality in all Stages for Production to ensure the conformance of Manufactures Products, Bought outs and field assembly of Power Equipment to the applicable Codes, Engineering Requirements & Customer Specifications.
Third Party Such as LRA (Lloyd’s Register Asia), TPL (Tata Projects Limited), QUEST are Coordinated for Stages of Inspection.

Steam Drum and Piping for METSO Power Projects such as M/s. Grasim Industries, M/s. Kohinoor paper and pulp, M/s. Harihar polyfibres are completed under METSO Inspection from Material Clearance to Final Dimensions.
Boiler Drum, Mud Drum for Various Projects are fabricated for BHEL, one of the Leading Boiler Company across World Wide, under their Inspecting Process.
Looking Over Furnaces of Weighing Capacity 250 Ton and 50 Ton for Various Cycles Such as Stress Relieving, Normalizing – Tempering, Solution Annealing.
