Mechanical / HVAC Engineer

Involved in the examination, development as well as testing of mechanical equipment and tools. Responsible for providing engineering support for workshop activities to ensure that components and equipment is maintained and refurbished correctly.
• Making sure all safety precautions are taken.
• Planning & Execution of daily production
• Co-coordinating with maintenance and purchase dept., for machine readiness and components.
• Ensuring that there is no breakdown in the production line due to equipment failure.
• Involved in the design of new machines and equipment, whilst at the same time taking account of cost, availability of materials, strength and maintenance requirements.
• Responsible for preparation of work instructions and operation chart.
• Responsible of motivating the workers and providing them a sound working environment.
• Ensuring that rejection and scrapping of material is minimized and ensure only quality product are being manufactured.
• Inspecting the work as per the drawing.
• Ensuring proper design layouts of process and completing the work.
• Handling manpower and Project commissioning planning & Scheduling.
