Responsible for inwarding and Maintaining the Engineering Stores which has an inventory turnover of around 4.32 crores.
Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives. This includes providing suggestions and input to changes and improvements in all policies and procedures.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - Ensure complete execution of Indents and NIL dryouts for Critical Spares, Stock monitoring for Electrical spares, Chemicals & Safety Items in Engineering Store.

• Reviewing logistics reports for the shipment received. Clearing GIR/ IMIR reports time to time
• Responsible for receiving original certificates for parts where deemed necessary at time of purchasing or receiving of goods; Commercial follow up for timely supply of material and payment of the vendors.
• Responsible that procedure, storage conditions and practices comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with Project team & Procurement group in order to make material forecasting.
