* I have resolved machine electrical work like electrical automation problem, power supply problem, earthing problems, motor starter and drive starting problems.

* Daily updating of ISO -9001:2008 documents like history card of all blow & injection molding machines and its utilities, Planning all machine maintenance as per maintenance schedule chart and recording it in preventive maintenance file. And supported in listing critical spares of all machines and its coding. Even been the auditee in ISO-9001:2008 audit.

* I was enable to power, air and water connection for new injection molding machines and its utilities at new plant.
* I was enabling to support planning for installation and water pipe connection for new 60TR chillier.

* Handling shift as shift in charge and independently solving problem that come across in the plant from past one year.
* I have come across breakdown of blow molding, injection molding, and automation machines like cage bending and cage wielding, utlities, D.G. set, ACB of distribution pannel was successful in resolving all problem.
* I have been handling all electrical connection for two new blow molding machines that have been installed in our plant.
* I have been given responsibility for installation of new injection molding machine and was able complete them in given interval of time.
* I have been part of two new plant installation projects.
* The ISO documentation weekly updating.
* Responsible in updating daily breakdown and unit per kg report.
* I have been part of new technical project of changing 365 CFM air compressor from PLC controlling to electrical automation for cost reduction. And were successful in that project.
* Leading weekly preventive maintenance of all machine as per schedule maintenance.
* Good knowledge of SAP.
