KEY EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At the present employer, I was given the responsibilities as mentioned below during the long span of 24 years in the mechanical maintenance of Engg. Deptt.
1988 to 1993: Man Machine management for the repair and maintenance of the Boiler section including the entire accessory like ID, FD fans, Feed Pumps, Rack Carriers. Scheduling and planning of annual indents, preventive and predictive maintenance including inventory management. Develop and organize training program for the trainee engineers.
1993 to 1998: Repair and maintenance of pan and curing section including vacuum condensers, spray and service pumps, centrifugals, hoppers and graders, belt conveyers etc. Annual planning of budgets and indenting, planning of predictive and preventive maintenance of plant and equipments. During this period plant expansion from 1250 TCD to 3500 TCD was carried out and accordingly the additional responsibilities of expansion job execution were also given. Develop and organize training program for the trainee engineers.
1998 to 2003: Repair and maintenance of Boiling House and ETP and other energy saving equipments. Planning and execution of contractor jobs in the complete plant. Annual planning of budgets and indenting, planning of predictive and preventive maintenance of plant and equipments. Assisting Chief Engineer for the technical correspondence, annual budgets and indenting/inventory control. Develop and organize training program for the trainee engineers.
2003 to till date: Assisting Chief Engineer for the planning and execution of contractor jobs in the complete plant. Annual planning of budgets and indenting, planning of predictive and preventive maintenance of plant and equipments of the sugar and co-generation 24 MW plant. Safety I/C of the mills. Develop and organize training program for the trainee engineers.

I am responsible for keeping records and updating history of all serviced and repaired equipment using Pacer maintenance management system and also responsible for dispatching materials for refurbishment, keeping track and giving feedback of work progress on weekly basis.
