Fuel Distribution Lead

Secure an overseas position with an established bulk transportation or logistics provider of petroleum and or specialty products in the distribution or delivery in compliance w/ established policies, regulations & safety procedures.

Primary responsibilities includes loading bulk tank trailers at various racks, making delivery of bulk petroleum products to customer sites in compliance w/ state & federal regulations & all company operational & safety policies & procedures.
Maintain truck & delivery logs in compliance w/ state & federal regulations; conduct required pre-and post-trip inspections documenting discrepancies & identity & deficiencies.
Maintain electronic logs & onboard computer w/ each shipment.
Performs other related duties, tasks & responsibilities as required, assigned or requested.
Unload petroleum products in tanks located above & below ground. Req'd readings & measurements before & after petroleum is loaded, recording readings & measurements including volume estimates.
Performing proper measurement; knowing & demonstrating the importance of good measurement practices.
Maintaining all DOT required documentation, log books, etc.
Demonstrating professional oral & written communications w/ mechanics, dispatcher etc. in a courteous manner to relay problems or accept direction.
Following, maintaining & adhering to all safety rules, DOT regulations & operating procedures for loading facilities, unloading stations & customer premises.
