Duties:
* Responsible about all the CEO meetings, arranging the meeting plans, taking and writing the meeting minutes
* Responsible for the arranging his calendar & coordinates scheduled & sudden appointments whether inside or outside the company.
* Monitor and screen all telephone calls and try to handle if possible.
* Supervise & guide subordinates in putting their task lists or put their daily schedule, monitor their performance, appraise them and but their training needed programs.
* Receive /Send / Arrange correspondences (Confidential Ones if needed), filing (softcopy & hardcopy)
* Attending the Monthly Board of directors meeting or weekly meetings top Management & check their reports also taking minutes.
* Responsible for the Stationary, Maintenance, purchases or any other technical support functions & all other utilities related to the CEO Office.
* Cooperate with the finance dept. and handling the office petty cash.
* Handling some problems instead of the CEO & try to solve it independently.
* Preparing presentations (Gathering Data needed, inform the attendees, arrange for facilities and caterer)
* Responsible for his travel plan & itinerary
* Preparing itinerary for the coming guests, hotels & ticket reservations
* Handling all corporate Airlines tickets or travel arrangements
* Handling all Company events (Ramadan, Parties, Client events ¡KEtc.)
* Arranging for all hotel reservation Inside /Outside Egypt
* Any other tasks requested by the CEO
