1. Geology Section Head at AL-QANTARA / Melrose Resources Petroleum Company from 15/08/2005 until present, working as well site geologist in Al-Qantara, El-Mansoura and SE. El-Mansoura Concessions in Nile Delta handling all duties of the job from spud till reaching the T.D. in all types of wells (vertical, directional and horizontal) including all critical operations like core points detection & description and pay zones follow up, witnessing all traditional (ex. Resistivity, density, neutron and sonic) and modern (ex. Micro-imaging, magnetic resonance, side wall coring and vertical seismic profiling) open-hole logs of (HALLIBURTON, SCLUMBERGER & BAKER) companies.
Making complete manual petrophysical analysis (quick-look interpretation), performing daily & weekly geological reports, good knowledge about the mud logging unit (ECS & BAKER), familiar with other oil field jobs (ex. Direction, mud, drilling engineering with special concern to pressure engineering). Familiar with Geosteering work (RNS) & LWD operations.

• Bachelor of Science in Geology / Chemistry, Cairo University, Cairo - Egypt 2002 .
General Grade ( Very Good ).
• Master Degree in Petroleum Geology, the study was under the title of (Geological Modeling & Reservoir Characterization of Kareem Formation in South Gulf of Suez, Al Amal Field), 2008 (examined from Bremen University - Germany): Identified the stratigraphic framework and reservoir performance in Al Amal Field.
• Ph.D Degree in Petroleum Geology, the study is under the title of (Geological Modeling & Hydrocarbon Reservoir Characterization of Messinian Sequences in West Dikirnis Field, Onshore Nile Delta, Egypt) - 2012 - (examined from Texas University - USA, and Grenoble University - France) - Cairo University, Cairo - Egypt.
Pre-doctoral exams were completed with appraisal (Very Good) , Cairo University , Cairo - Egypt 2010 as a partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Ph.D.
