Process Engineer

Maintaining production targets and process improvement, troubleshooting process/plant issues, while ensuring continuous improvement in operations of LNG or gas plant, with regards to maintaining highest HSE standards and process safety requirements.

Several years’ experience in working in MLNG TIGA, namely liquefaction unit, fractionation unit, heat transfer fluid unit and several upstream and front ends units such as condensate stabiliser and acid gas removal unit using Sulfinol.

Experience in operations on Frame 7 GE Gas Turbines MS7001 EA. Familiar with day to day operations and involved in various maintenance and turnaround activities in regards to Fr 7 Gas Turbines, along with several related process compressors such as AN200 and 3MCL.

Familiar in operations of Propane Cool Mixed Refrigerant circuit in liquefaction unit, with Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger from APCI. Recently lead team in task of maintaining normal operations with NG Tube leak in MCHE. High production was maintained despite leaks under new operations intervention.

Works with process control team on improvements done on MCHE, LPG fractionation facilities.

Experience in turnaround management and planning with execution during various major turnarounds in MLNG, especially MLNG Tiga.

Gained experience in LNG storage and loading, along with LPG storage and loading including day to day operations and turnarounds.

Experience as turnaround engineer and appointed as Approving Authority (AA) responsible in ensuring safe turnaround activity execution whilst achieving p2p targets stipulated by plant management.

Raising MOC's, plant changes, from early conceptual design, equipment sizing, project costing that includes life cycle cost (LCC) and payback period. Also recently involved in commissioning and operations of new PC.

Leading risk assessments, corrective and preventive action, job safety analysis.
