1) Routine Inspection like as Preventive Maintenance(PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM) of electrical equipment and the system

2) Provide technical guidance and advice in area of specialization ( UPS system, Synchronous motor and Excitation, Purging system for Hazardous equipment, and Desalter (conventional and EDD ) with respect to trouble shooting, problem diagnostics, and benchmarking

3) Provide technical solutions to issues / potential problems, related to reliability/integrity improvement, and bad actor resolution.

4) Checking and Trouble Shooting of Electrical Faults and failure especially on UPS system, LV and HV Motor, LV and HV switchgear, Generator and Desalter.

5) Servicing and Overhaul motor below then 5.9 MW brand ABB, Simen, Loher, Toshiba, Fuji, and Weg for bearing replacement, Gasket replacement, labyrinth seal replacement and lube oil replacement.

6) Troubleshooting and servicing Purging system for Ex p motor especially model 4XLC, 6XLC, 2 XLC, 3XLC ,6PP and D258 for Exp and ExNe motor brand Expo

7) Troubleshooting and servicing Motor control compartment (MCC) 415V,6.6KV and 11KV brand Tamco for 6.6KV, Merlin Gerin for 11KV and SI for 415V

8) Servicing and troubleshooting protection system MM2,Sepam 2000, Sepam 80, feeder management 750,REF 542 plus, ENMCS system, ECS system and IMCS system brand ABB and Schneider

9) Manage, servicing and troubleshooting on AC and DC UPS System including discharge test, resistance test the battery for UPS system and to make sure system in good condition and available to be use when emergency power failure to backup vital and essential load like DCS, SGS, TGS. Brand of UPS system like as Gutor, Chloride, AEG, safe power, Benning, and Merlin Gerin

10) Service and troubleshooting MOV system like as overhaul to replaced drive bush, replaced lube oil, replaced controller card, and replace motor. Model of MOV are A Range,IQ range and IQ Mark 2. Brand of MOV are Rotork

11) Troubleshooting and service plan Lighting and socket outlet like as replace new fitting, troubleshooting when circuit trip, replaced bulb, and replaced internal compartment lighting and socket outlet. Brand lighting and socket outlet are CEAG and AEG

The Roles include

1) Schedule planning monitoring.

1a) During Engineering and Procurement stage - for Engineering, monitoring the progress of drawing preparation and their status, either prepared. They were including, Basic Engineering, Equipment and Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Piping drawings.

1b) Construction stage - monitoring the progress of field construction activities, which namely Civil work, Equipment installation work, Structure and Piping fabrication and erection, Building, Instrumentation, Electrical, insulation and Painting works.
