Areas of Working : Gas Dehydration Plant using TEG and condensate Stabilization through Stabilizer
Also include HCDP control unit through JT valve and recompression of gas to supply line
Responsibilities :

1. Operate and monitor the Gas Dehydration facility in accordance with standard operating procedures & directions through DCS (Centum cs-3000) Yokogave.
2. Supervision of filed/area operators and monitoring /handling of gas, oil/condensate and produced water as per relevant contractual limits and management advice.
3. Perform shift duties at relevant production facility and handle plants’ control panel. Monitor the plant operation through continuous use of HMI screens and trends of DCS. Manage quick decisions based on operational parameters and carry out necessary optimization in the control to manage optimized through out of gas and maximum recovery of condensate, while ensuring the safety and integrity of the facility.
4. Maintenance of Production Data base and monitoring/maintaining of chemicals consumed,Effective assistance with respect to start up and shut down of production facility.
5. Implementation of Maximo Suit for permit to work systems and inventory management.
6. Provide assistance in technical and safety audits of all process equipment, specification and related documents and provide feedback to Production Engineer on actual plant performance against “as designed" on routine basis.
