JOBS DESCRIPTION
HSE Manager
1. Develop, Implement & review project specific HSE policies and procedures
2. Supervision and coordination of all activities related to HSE matters in compliance with local and international HSSE policies.
3. Facilitate incident investigations, both internal, with the Client and other parties as necessary.
4. Establish Project specific HSE Goals and Objectives in support of continuous improvement initiatives and address potential risks
5. Defining and reviewing HSE management systems.
6. Coordinating HSE activities within the Project Group
7. Setup regular department meetings ˇV
8. Develop the HSE Management system depending on current priorities.
9. Set and monitor performance targets in HSSE.
10. Lead and develop HSSE Initiatives and promote training relative requirements
11. Develop in house HSE programme
12. Promotion of Health and Safety awareness to all personnel via Prestart bulletins, Toolbox meetings and population of notice board.
13. Recruit resources upon request from projects and locations
