Key responsibilities:
• Overseeing Honeywell gas detector (H2, CO and SO2) service and calibration contract at ArcelorMittal.

Afrox (Linde Group) Maintenance Millwright 2005 to 2007
I held the maintenance millwright position at Afrox Duferco site, were I was in charge of an 500 kW Hydrogen Plant, four 350Nm³/h Nitrogen PSA plants and a 300ton LPG storage and vaporizer unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the plants ran with as little down time as possible
• Day to day operation, plant checks and breakdowns (Electrical and Mechanical)
• Scheduling and executing of shutdowns and preventative maintenance plans
• Ensuring all safety aspect was in place and up to date.
• Managing of spares and equipment.
• Electrical, instrumentation and LP-Gas compliancy tests.
• Managing records and file system.
Achievements:
• I made a design change to the cooling water system of the Duferco Hydrogen plant that reduces downtime on the plant by approximately 12 hours per month.
