I joined BINDAL SPONGE LTD., as GET (graduate engineer trainee) in Feb 2008 .I worked there till Dec 2011,at that time my designation was Engineer. It is having 12.5MW of captive power plant, 22 ton AFBC boiler and 38 ton WHRB boiler using waste heat 350 tones per day DRI , i.e. direct reduced iron rotating kiln.
I was responsible for all the operation and maintenance work done in shift.
I had worked in trivene make TG, toyo dinkey make generator having brushless excitation.
Synchronizing TG with Grid and Diesel generator both as per the requirement.
Maintenance and operation transformer, VCB, VFD, ESP, all boiler and turbine auxiliary motors.
Load management as per the demand and production.
Maintenance and operation of switchyard of 33/11 kV transformer, CTs/PTs/LAs/Isolators etc.

Perform the tasks of designing power distribution, grounding motor controls, lighting control system, protection system & PLC system.
