o Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most
effective return on assets.
o Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
o Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
o Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
o Designing, Planning, lying of Distribution Gas main Network.
o Ensuring yearly targets for main laying, development phases, industrial, commercial and domestic connection.
o Assessment of material requirement for each fiscal year for budgetary allocations.
o Ensuring timely completion report and material reconciliation.
o Supervision of updating master plans/atlas plans. Liaison without outside agencies for obtaining permission laid pipelines in cities.
o Network analysis of the system for system or their augmentation to overcome low pressure during peak winter.
o Maintenance and operation on large capacity meter station, regulating station and calibration of measurement instrument.
o Supervision of activities for reduction of un-accounted for gas losses.
