Division Manager: Managed the internal marketing (Jack Hammer) teams and developed propositions. Led the vision, strategy and business planning process.
Responsible for rebuilding the team of 7 and developing the first marketing plan that proposes growth from 400,000$ to 1,500,000 $ for Jack Hammer (Hydraulic Breakers).
Involve in the maintenance of different size of Hammers (450 kg  4.5 tons)
